From November 30th on, Ops Factor and EBS AVIT will continue together under the name Ops Factor BV.
Ops Factor is a spin off from Metagro (formerly Merford Cabins) and was launched three years ago as a start-up for control room design and remote control solutions for operators within ports & terminals. Ops Factor has not been idle and now provides worldwide consultancy & design up to and including the delivery of total plug-and-play control room concepts, including furniture and video wall systems.
EBS AVIT BV originates from the wellknown company Mauell BV's Competence Center Visual Solutions and is specialized in integrated video wall systems, remote PC control concepts and KVM systems. The EBS AVIT team has more than 20 years of experience in videowall technology and control room design and offers her customers pre-engineering & consultancy, assembly and installation, commissioning, training and service. Like Ops Factor, EBS serves automation partners, system integrators and end customers worldwide. EBS is mainly active in the energy business. By joining forces, Ops and EBS give substance to their joint growth ambitions in expanding both existing and new customer segments, being ports & terminals, offshore, storage and transshipment, process industry and the energy market.
All quotations, orders, deliveries and after-sales activities to be issued will be picked up and executed from the legal entity Ops Factor B.V. In this way we guarantee the continuity of our services. From now on, only the brand name Ops Factor B.V. will be used.
